I'm a spiritual adventurer and Highly Sensitive Empath, living from the heart since 1993! I became a Third Culture Kid at 10, when we moved to Ethiopia in 1962: 2 transformational years. After my mother's death, I felt the call to explore our deeper reality. A dream of returning to Ethiopia, 40 years after I'd left, became my first book "An Ethiopian Odyssey" about former classmates from Nazareth School for Girls. People around the world helped track them down: there is still kindness in the world.

I was shattered after Eric, my younger brother's suicide in 2009.
I've now completed "A Song for Eric" to help the families of everyone who misuses drugs or alcohol. No shame, just acceptance. We're our Courage, not our trauma!
